REALIZATION OF A HOUSE PROJECT IN TALLINN
THE MAIN IDEA OF THE PROJECT
The individual residential building is designed in a minimalist style. The object is a combination of rectangular shapes in the plan. The concept of rectilinear, rectangular shapes is supported in the landscape design and interior of the house.
On the ground floor there are: a garage for 2 cars, a glazed terrace with a grill and a home cinema system, a technical room, a living room combined with a dining area and a kitchen, an office, a spa complex with a relaxation room, a gym, a steam room is allocated to a separate area.
On the second floor there are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Natural textures prevail in the decoration of the facades of the house and the interior : large-format porcelain stoneware, veneered panels, parquet board.
