THE MAIN IDEA OF THE PROJECT
Conceived as a study in minimalism, this private residence is defined by a striking composition of intersecting rectilinear forms. This strict geometry establishes a cohesive visual narrative, seamlessly transitioning from the architectural volumes into both the landscape design and the interior spaces.
The ground floor unfolds as a carefully curated sequence of functional zones. An expansive open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area forms the heart of the home, while a private study offers a quiet retreat. Dedicated to wellness and leisure, a separate wing houses a comprehensive spa complex—complete with a relaxation lounge, fitness center, and steam room. The indoor-outdoor connection is further emphasized by a glazed terrace, outfitted with an integrated grill and home cinema.
The upper volume is reserved for the private quarters, accommodating five bedrooms and two bathrooms. Throughout the project, a sophisticated palette of natural materials warms the austere geometry. Large-format porcelain stoneware, rich wood veneers, and classic parquet flooring dictate both the exterior facades and interior finishes, grounding the home in tactile luxury
